alright, yet a long interlude b4 i'm blogging again.

falcon didn't do very well against one united..being held to a 2-2 draw. hell...even i myself didn't play well..haha :s sorry guys!

anyway, not been blogging recently coz my laptop died...and even as i'm speaking, its right now in sim lim undergoing emergency surgery. my laptop will be discharged tml, and hopefully...i'll be able to blog more often after that :D haha

man utd romped to a 3-0 victory over chelsea, which was a good start to my day.hopefully, 09 will prove to be a better year than 08, which wasn't very nice to me, except for acouple of exceptions here and there, since 09 has been rather nice to me so far :)

i'm nt feeling superb, and i'm so exhausted these days, its a chore to wake up early and drag myself to school. its worse when i can't really enjoy most of the things i'm doing now.

haha, its been a darn long time since i really blogged. this week is tiring, came back from brisbane (i so damn miss the place! :( ), den went sch on fri to meet aud, xb, ms tan and the dt (dawn) and some others for lunch and all, slacked in school, den went back.

sat went to genting, and was BORING! TOTALLY!..and finally came back today.

ah, its been a really long time since i've blogged. dun blame me kays? weekdays busy with work and cooking and all, including playing :s den weekends busy with shopping, outing blah blah ma. haha...

one of my fren left for singapore liaoz, so its just 11 of us already. anyway, its the last weekend i'm gonna spend in aus le. i'm soooo gonna miss this place la! haiz, if onli i could stay here longer, it'd be soooo good.

after coming here to live, one'd see the flaws in both singapore and aus, coz none's perfect. however, it also puts into light that singapore isn't as good as we are made out to be too.

i miss playing soccer. if only i didn't have to go m'sia right after i get back to singapore!!! ahhhhh!!!

yeah, finally after such a long absence, i'm back to blogging. its coz there ain't much to blog about anyway, so here's to what'll HOPEFULLY be a long post:s

dad came and left, giving me extra cash, but yeah. that weekend, most of us, including my dad, went to the gold coast, harbourtown for some shopping at the DFOs there.

been kinda bored and not really in much of a good mood recently, but for reasons known only to me, and for ya'll NOT to know anyway, haha

going to gold coast tml with all the sydney ppl, who just arrived not very long ago. dreamworld and harbourtown/pacificfair shopping centre, here we come!

oh yea, we watched movie at the cinema at garden city, it was REALLY expensive! all of 15+ bucks just for A SINGLE seat!!!!!!

alrites, time to go to bed soon, hopefully. gotta leave tml at 7+ just to catch a bus, then train, then bus again! good luck to me! lols!

ok back to blogging, its been quite a boring week so far, slacking around abit here and dere, but at least my proj's showing kinda good results :) LOL!

went ice-skating today..which actually wasn't part of our plans. we had actually wanted to go to sunnybanks but ended up meeting our colleague on the bus and finally ended ice skating...haha

their ice-skating is damn cool loh, so much better than singapore, and way cheaper, 15 dollars, and shoes are free...wakaka....

seriously, this trip kind of exposed many of the flaws singapore has, although its not like we are very poor, but i feel, singapore isn't as fantastic as we tout ourselves to be...

ah, latest developments here, some major 'thunderstorm' went past us, but since its over, lets all nt really mention much about it...

realised i've kinda overspent on....none other than bloody food here....the food here's expensive! and we've been eating more than usual, for no bloody idea!!!ahhhh!!!i really need donations..

anyway, prof bharat's going out of lab for a week or so, so for groups directly under him, that means we can kinda slack abit, which aint good..

fri's our day off! and since the shops in town closes at 9 instead of the usual 5-6, it means we finally can shop late! omg loh...australian shops closes so early, really need getting used to! to think i even complained that singapore shops closes too early!

the longer i stay here, the more i feel at home...i really wanna come here study/work if i can sia..haha...

well...week started off quite well...played in what i hoped was a major role in falcon fc 2 - 1 victory over whirlwind wanderers, but damn paiseh, coz so long nv play for whirlwind, den play for their opponents..opponent missed a penalty, den made afew good saves, and always save the best for the last....last shot by opponent...saved by MY STUDS! whooo....:S

today....morning woke up late, but still took mrt anyway..turned out i wasn't very late for lesson at 9..haha...

RDC wasn't too bad...for me at least...but couldn't manage to totally enjoy it..i tink its juz coz i'm way too tired ba..lolz

ally's wonderland was cool..at least it was something new..and we did our best...so no complains on my part...amazing race was also refreshing...no more just running around sch...and loads of free time....which is much better than having NO time to complete the stations ah...as with previous amazing races..treasure hunt was damn fun....poison ivy didn't lose at all..and...we ended up as the winners..thou the prizes...well.....kinda sucks.....:S

den today...got bioentre presentation...didn't go too well....settled some stuffs with the SBM ppl...and here i am...home....maybe..just maybe...i'd get some decent slp tonite...

sat had scl kickoff...joga looked to defend our title for a 3rd successive trophy, but crashed out in semi-finals to pink sakura a on penalties...den collapsed against black bodies 4-1 to end up as 3rd runner up...disappointing...

sat...played soccer at yishun with whirlwind wanderers, as strikers...first time in a very very long while...didn't make much of an impact as a 1st half substitute..den 2nd half came on in dying seconds..oso didn't do much of note....end up..score is 2-2...

den today..go sch...tot lesson at 8..end up at 9..made me rush like crazy...bloody hell...den entire day like bloody zombie, so darn tired, eyes wan close le...but jus can't seem to slp properly.....so yea...in a foul mood now.....really foul mood..

sorry for not blogging the past few days..been wayy to busy with FO...and i ain't gonna go into too much details...haha...

anyway...my fellow OGL partner is hirzi...and well..our OG is FS0802....also known as ice-cream..or youghurt!!!haha

about my OG..well....as usual with FS classes for as long as their history...they are darn quiet!..esp on the first day of orientation...but different case on 2nd day...huge improvement...still quite quiet...but nowhere as quiet as the 1st day le...which is...FANTASTIC!...at least now got that teamwork...and class spirit liaoz..peformance was not bad....at least they all enjoyed themselves...i hope...haha...and of course..no FO is complete without the DRINK!.....no one puked....except...................................................me =.=

lols.....den today..3rd and last day....met them for library tour..and brought them to comp lab for CMS/LIB PORTAL talk.....which i'm sorry to say...was dead beat boring......but all LS classes gotta go thru this ar..so gotta endure it =X den after tt...ended the FO for them by asking them for a cheer...and passed them the sweets hirzi and i bought for them.....ain't much thou =X

dry run for FO's over, and truth be told...the more time i spend with the MUSTANGS, the more i miss the SPARTANS. yea...the mustangs are not bad...they do have the teamwork and all..but they lack one single crucial aspect..that is, teamSPIRIT..its really obvious to those that sit back and take a good hard look at the mustangs, which is what i have done..and seriously, its disappointing. think of it this way, when u don't have the teamspirit, how in the world are we supposed to inspire the freshies to gel quickly when we ourselves look like some scattered, unbonded group?????

darn tired ah, i mean..afterall..i had like..6 hours of soccer ytd....played for val's team in the morning at SAFRA tampines...match started at 9am...but whole team almost ready at 830...now...that's the spirit...damn cool la...and their play was good....nice passes and all...and while we lost 6-2...we played well..just that the opponents were lots better...but not bad le la...esp considering they had onli formed 3mths ago...and i was damn off-colour ytd...sorry guys =X

in the evening..1st training session wit my team....kinda sucky..coz pitch sux..lots were late...see my previous para....tt's supposed to be the spirit..nt the spirit of being late....=.=

finally back from camp, but actually is back on friday ah..but kinda lazy to blog..coz when now weekends..cabal no time limit..so keep playing..haha.....

anyway..back from camp ah...camp was fun...well...at least the games were...and the ppl too....but just somehow...missing some spark ah....its a good camp..tt much i must admit..but it ain't the best either...there's always room for improvements yea..haha...

i was damn kind during the Nightwalk game thou...clues were kinda simple.....i try to believe..lowest score given was 90..out of 100 la...haha....but i became sadistic during the amazing race thou...placed my station as far away from the water source as possible...added the 5mins rule where onli the small pail could be used to collect water for the 1st 5min thou.. XD

today...went to sch....waited for 45...bloody hell..wait almst 30mins still no bus..end up take cab...lucky can claim from dad sia......stupid SBS....poster write 15-16min AM PEAK....sure as hell....waiting from 740-810 ain't 15min lor......

lessons was as usual.....listen to AK..den nv concentrate on anyother le.....guess i reallie gotta concentrate more...maybe bringing some energy from other sources into concentration during lessons would be a good idea if i can pull it off =X

well..went to seoul world cup stadium...home to opening ceremony of WC2002, and to FC Seoul...damn nice..puts national stadium to shame...i mean..its a 66000 seater PURE SOCCER stadium...got to visit the entire grounds...up till players waiting area...all for 1000won(abt s'pore $1.6)...and did i mention..i realised tt for koreans...if u take bus/train..the next ride u take..unless its a train-exit-train....is free?????..means..u take a bus change to train..the train ride is free..if u take a bus-exit-bus..its free for 2nd ride...take train-exit-bus also?....compare that to our 'rebate' shit.....=.=

so apparently...i reallie do think i wanna learn korean...haha..i mean..if can..stay here..y not?...pay's higher than singapore..but at least it allows one to live comfortably even thou the standard of living is also higher.....compare to s'pore's high standard..medium pay shit.. =.=

but..wadeva la ah......life's like that......

k....tour ended..now is the extension part...where my parents extended for abt 3days......in a country where we can't communicate wit the locals......and where stuffs aren't exactly cheap..unless its becoz we're foreigners...so all the roadside auntie/uncle made things ex for us..i mean..un-branded sweater......60 sing dollars???....go die la...=X

however...i tink i do like this country...can rank it wit jap and eng and aus as some of my fav foreign countries ya... =X foods good..fashion's good..and got lots of things to buy/do.....

well..ytd went to lotte world....u noe..e place where stairways to heaven was filmed?..the theme park and the ice ring?....yea..tt's e place..so in a nutshell..i've been to nami island(think winter sonata), lotte world(stairways to heaven) and..jeju island(many movies =.=) LOL
else...its just mainly shopping..shopping..but nt buying much....thou i did manage to get some presents le...prob is..no $$$ to buy for everyone..hope u guys'll understand ya....and pls count the choco as presents k..haha =X

2nd day @ korea...
reporting live from JEJU island -.-

damn bored now..so...here i am..blogging again...i dunno how many more days i can blog thou....depends on when my dad's gonna use business centre...

today..breakfast outside hotel...at some tiny restaurent tt sells abalone porridge..but apparently..nt much abalone went into it..den went to some weird place by the sea..saw some rock tt really looked like a dragon head...rather cool....

den went to climb wat i thought was a peak/ridge..coz i slp again on bus...after tt....when i reached e top.....realised it was a volcanic crater....extinct volcano thou...but it still was damn cool...lunch was bbq pork/seaweed soup...nice..simple yet nice..which i tink is kinda...e norm for korean crusine..yet somehow..i think i'm hooked..ranking it equal to jap and italian crusine (nth to say for french crusine coz i nv eat it b4)...den go dune-buggy riding...tt was real fun...and i caused mum/bro to spin...or almost spin..coz i drove too aggressively...and that was wit a cousin tagging along...which made me drive more carefully =.=

went to some teddy bear museum....nt bad..rather nice.....den saw smthing real nice..so tot could get for xb as her bdae present...onli to realise...wat i tot was a 30plus dollar bear...turned out to be a almost 60dollar bear....so nv buy ah...toooo ex liao.. =X

dinner was..well......seafood steamboat...also..nice...haha......den back at hotel le....
p.s. missed out talking abt going e orange orchard...but other than e oranges being damn nice...and we were allowed to pluck some for ourselves..nth much to say... O.o

i guess life's like that..i gotta move on...no one's gonna wait for me....i have to pluck myself up...move forward......and soldier on....

first day at korea..alight at seoul...see go everland theme park..den started snowing..damn nice..den now at jeju island..where i'm gonna spend the whole of tml at..haven bought any presents for u guys yet..guess i'm gonna buy onli during the last few days of my trip here ah..else if buy too many..gonna be reallie inconvenient...to carry ard while changing hotels and all....which is one of the few things i hate about going for tours......and y i prefer free & ez tours

wad a bad day..i tink i somehow hurt my back...now..its darn painful...can't really stand it.....

was tired thruout e day..but then...its nt unexpected when one sleeps at about 4plus..wakes up at 8 right............

morning..went to ex-neighbour's housewarming..e hse super nice la.....at woodlands thou..which my parents dunwan.......i totally missed the dog of theirs...april...

went to dinner wit my parents..godparents..half-brothers and my brother and his gf...at charcoal...near funan IT mall...food's nt bad.....and i finished 4glasses of chardonnay..it was nice..an yea..i didn't get drunk..so dun celebrate...i can hold my alcohol..i tink...

anyway...i gtg le.....chauz..tml going korea for 10days..hope to settle my emotions dere...and feel betta when i get back..hoping....hoping.....
